The Directorate of Antiquities in Manbij documents some of burials in the area of Hama Kabir, which located on the right bank of the Euphrates River, after the water level of the Euphrates decreased. It is worth noting that these burials were known to the local people and the expedition which worked in the area before they were flooded with the water of the lake
